Event Description
Conductor Lynda Bradley Vacco will conduct the Bethel Philharmonic Orchestra in a concert of Scandinavian treasures. The program includes:
Johan Halvorsen, Entry March of the Boyars
Edvard Grieg, Piano Concerto in A Minor
Hugo Alfven, Midsommarvaka (Swedish Rhapsody No. 1)
Jean Sibelius, Romance in C Major
Jean Sibelius, Finlandia
The Philharmonic Orchestra is a full symphonic orchestra open, by audition, to all members of the Bethel Community including students, faculty, staff, alumni, and the larger community as openings allow.
