Biography
Felix Amenumey graduated from the University of Minnesota, with a Ph. D. in Organizational Leadership Policy and Development, with a specialization in Human Resource Development. Felix also has Masters in Environmental Education and BA in Economics/Geography. His research interest is in environmental sustainability behaviors of employees. Felix has over six years of teaching experience. As an instructor in the Department of Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development, University of Minnesota, he taught Foundations of Human Resource Development, Methods of Change in Developing Countries, and World Development Problems.
Felix has also worked for the Regional Sustainable Development Partnerships (RSDP) at the University of Minnesota on several civic engagement projects, as a research assistant. The projects he worked on include an assessment of renewable energy in Northeast Minnesota, energy use and conservation in the city of Waseca, and reconstruction of a Band Shell in Two Harbors, Minnesota.
