Molly graduated in 2002 with a bachelors in Elementary Education and Deaf and Hard of Hearing license. She started her teaching career in 2002 as a K-12 Special Education Itinerant Deaf and Hard of Hearing teacher. Molly then moved into the classroom working with students who have moderate to severe cognitive disabilities. She received her masters in special education in 2004 with added licenses in Developmental Cognitive Delay (DCD), and Physical and Healthy Disabilities (PHD). Molly then graduated with her specialist degree in 2019 focusing on obtaining her special education director license and principal license. In 2023 Molly graduated with her doctoral degree in Higher Education Leadership.  Molly has four years of teaching experience as a birth - 21 D/HH itinerant teacher, sixteen years as a special education classroom teacher, 5 years as an adjunct professor and student teacher supervisor.  Molly currently works as the director at North Dakota State University overseeing their inclusive post secondary program TAP and the accessibility and disability resource center. Molly began her adjunct position at Bethel University in 2022 in the Special Education MA program where she was a student teacher supervisor and also teaches the SPED 661 course.
