Event Description
As we continue to navigate being in community during a global pandemic, it is more crucial than ever to get vaccinated this fall for the seasonal flu. This year, to encourage broader participation, we have arranged for Walgreens staff to provide two flu shot clinics on campus.
To avoid lines and crowds, appointments are preferred; walk-in appointments will depend on availability.
Bring your health insurance card. To expedite your visit, print this insurance form, complete sections A-D, and bring it to your appointment. You will also have the opportunity to complete this form when you arrive.
